Few things to note:
• Pool heating costs $100/day (minimum 2 days)

• Parking: Driveway can fit 2 cars, and theres ample street parking
• Pet Fee: $150/stay (Limit of 1 pet, up to medium size. No charge for service animals)
• Any belongings left after the stay can be returned at charge of $50 + shipping cost

Great property

This house was amazing for our group and there are a lot of amenities to keep you entertained! I wish we would’ve had a few more kitchen items and bathroom items and also had control of the pool and hottub temperature, but other than that it was wonderful. I would recommend this place for a large group!

Perfect space for a big group

18 of my closest friends and i stayed here for Coachella weekend and its was set up really well for a large group (or families). We loved the pool and all the outdoor activities in the back yard. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank for the memories !

Worst VRBO experience

Nothing at this property was as described. Hot tub was broken and there was no remote so you had to message the host any time you wanted to use it - even then after 6 hours of back and forth it never got hot. Pickleball net and paddles were broken, pool was disgusting, theater projector was broken, towels and bath mats were dirty and smelled heavily of chlorine. The property was so bad we decided to move out 1 day into an 8 day stay and book a different property.
