“The pool and hot tub area was EXCELLENT! Everything is super cleanly and staff is wonderful, especially Lisa one of the cleaning ladies. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to everyone in the area!”

“The kiddie pool was cold. We asked about it and it was “fixed” but honestly it barely got warmer. There were lots of kids there but none stayed in that part for more than 10 mins. We have a toddler and we’re planning on spending most of our time in the playground pool but didn’t spend any time there. ”

“We only spent one night. The bed was comfortable. I forgot to pack my toothbrush and toothpaste. Glad that there was complimentary.”

“This hotel looks nothing like the pictures. It is very run down and dirty. I booked for two nights, but after the first night, there was no way I was staying another night so I went to check out and cancel second night. They refused to give me a refund for the second night, even though it was before 11am. No water pressure in the shower, cold air draft coming right in through the door to the room, worn out bed, didn't look like the room has been cleaned in months, it was disgusting.”

“Originally room was poorly cleaned. Staff was friendly and gave us a new room. Breakfast was pretty poor overall. ”

“We were staying at a summer hotel in the worst of winter. They were kind and tried to help. The heat did not work well at all. They came and tried to fix it but we froze all night. The TV was not in the bedroom so we were watching on the phone. No internet. I can see this being a great place in the summer. It was a pretty area.”
