“The hotel itself has a nice pool and a nice pool area. The rooms are old and tired looking. They had a fairly inedible breakfast spread each morning we were there. The bagels were OK. The staff was great.”

“This is my third time staying at the hotel trio and I probably will not be back. The rooms were not in the same condition I remembered. More importantly, all 16 washers were “broken” and remain so for the full five days I was there. The reason I chose that hotel is because I needed laundry services. I later found out that the washers worked just fine. It was their POS system which means the washers could’ve been used. They just wouldn’t have received the two dollar fee.”

“Not sure why, but in a seven day stay housekeeping came once. Towels, garbage and coffee mugs built up, and nothing was replenished. The room itself was fine and the pool was lovely. Also, we really enjoyed the food.”

“Wonderful property with amazing vineyard views. Delicious food at the restaurant (watch for hours though since they’re closed Tues and Wed). Very clean room!!”

“Staff was nice. Room was spacious and clean enough. The noise was awful. We were on the ground floor for two nights. The noise from above was very disturbing. We could hear pounding foot steps till about 11 pm and then again at 7 am. Never again!”
