“Something was leaking in the bathroom. Water on floor between tub and toilet. Safety bar on door missing half of the bar rendering it unusable and I was on the first floor. It left me feeling unsafe. I put the room chair with my suitcase on it in front of the door.”

“The front desk was very pleasant at checkin. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Morning breakfast was good and well attended to. When leaving the hotel in the morning even the cleaning staff up and down the halls greeted us, wished us safe travels and invited us back! This will definitely be my sleepover on my usual trip to Florida. ”
