“Jessica was very helpful. This hotel was recently purchased by the current owners and they are working on improvements. I stayed one week, the room was very musty and the dresser and nightstands were not usable due to the smell of must. The hot water was plentiful and the ac worked well. Overall, I could tell they were working hard to make the place better.”

The room was beautiful, comfortable, spacious, quiet, great location, pet friendly, breakfast, free parking, and a wonderful home away from home. Each room has its own personality and decor. Not your cookie cutter room like most hotels. Choose your style. Choose your room. I'm definitely staying there again and highly recommend this location for you.”

“Sheets were dirty, someone else’s hair all over the bed, mixed in with crumbs. Tub had used que tips in it and the towels had what seemed like makeup smudges on them.”

“Staff was friendly and helpful, but the property has a lot of signs of wear. Damaged elevator buttons, none of the rear door access worked (One taped open), damanged chess pieces outside.”

“After I checked out, and I drove 2 and a half hours home, I was looking at my bank account and they charged me another $50. I have called several times and know one answers. My attorney will be contacting the corporate office of Best Western.”

“When I arrived I was given a room that hadn’t been made up or cleaned. After a long drive I had to go back to the office and ask for another room. Clerk was very slow. Got to my room… dirty walls drapes were too long over the ac and blew all night and had nasty looking stains on the. newly replaced furniture w the exception of one badly frayed chair. Breakfast was a joke… someone should tell them that little Debbie oatmeal pies are not breakfast food. Very limited. I grabbed a banana and yogurt...
