Ci hanno dato una camera con A/C guasta e l'hanno cambiata solo dopo molte lamentele. No pulizie durante il soggiorno e cambio asciugamani solo su richiesta.”

“I was visiting family in the area and didn’t spend much time at the motel other than sleeping. The place was older but well maintained and clean. No AC, but the fan did the job and it wasn't too hot. ”

“Booked for myself and my 16yo for her first anime convention. Turns out it’s a historic motel from many movies and tv shows over the years. We were perfectly fine with the older setup and everything was kept in great condition. This is not a new building so some quirks were expected like the 2nd bed being in its own room (teen loved that!). ”

“A good hotel in a strategic area, but services can be improved, considering it's a four-star hotel. Coffee machines on the ground floor often don't work. I was surprised not to find toiletries in the bathroom. Also, the bathroom was not well cleaned the day after shampooing, and several hairs were left in the bathtub. “We got the "customer of the day" room awarded to us by the computer, the room was nice enough, larger than most but I wasn't entirely sure if it was an upgrade as some other rooms had a city view. I didn't mind, they gave us a gift basket with snacks & drinks which my wife took full advantage of..! It's a great litte hotel in a great location with great parking at a great price.”
