“Family members had a comfortable stay at this VRBO. The owner was extremely responsive which was greatly appreciated as I was facilitating family members that were coming far away to stay there.”

“The hotel is very small ,only two floors. Not like any Hilton I’ve stayed at before.
It seems like a recent Reno so was clean not worn.
The breakfast was a standard continental.
The staff were friendly.
Our first day of a three night stay no one came to make beds or pick up wet towels.
I spoke to a housekeeper the next morning and she was apologetic. When we arrived back later that day around 4 pm again room not done. I had to find a housekeeper and we then waited in the little bkfst/ sitting...
