“Bed was very comfortable, pillows were amazing! Breakfast was as expected. No surprises. There was a lot of noise in the hall, but that was the people across the hall, not the hotel. The location was exactly what we needed and the price was best in Waterloo. We will be back. ”

“The Rose room was well appointed and looked recently renovated. Kimmie was an excellent host (and her partner) and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and she was kind enough to have it ready a bit earlier than for the other guests. The electric fireplace was a nice touch on a cold night!”
