“The rooms aren’t clean and old and not helpful staff, I had to change the room z”

“Construction happening in the middle of the property so starting in the early morning and going all day all you hear is the sounds of buzz saws and hammering and construction. Also, the pool was very disappointing. Small hardly any room to walk around it very little shade and you’re not even allowed to bring snacks into the pool area. We rented three rooms and one of the rooms had hair in the shower when we got there. The pictures make it look so cute but the walkways look like they hadn’t...

“We had a nice view of the ocean from our balcony. The staff who cleaned were wonderful most staff were very kind and greeted us in yhe halls. The issue we had was the air-conditioning was not working and nothing was done. The room was so humid I could not get my hair or makeup right for the wedding we were there to attend. A staff at the front desk said to open the sliding glass door to let the night cool breeze in the problem is there is no screens and bugs can get in the room and the balcony...
