“Incredible hot breakfast. Friendly staff. Large room with small refrigerator and coffee maker. I stayed for one night for the Big Ears festival. Good location with lots of restaurants. For longer stays, I prefer an apartment rental with a full kitchen, but this was perfect for one night. A nice perk - warm, fresh cookies at check in. ”

“The rooms carpet was fraying by the edge of the vinyl flooring. The bathtub had rust spots. The blinds on all three windows were broken. I have pictures of all of these complaints. The staff told me that every room is booked and everyone has checked in. Then twenty minutes later he called me and told me there was a cancellation and a room was available. How could that be if everyone was checked in. He only did this because I asked for the manager or when the manager was going to be there.”

“Breakfast was fresh. The items were changed daily, it was a nice verity. The woman working the 2 days I was there kept the breakfast area clean. I have no complaints.”

“There was blood on our bed sheets. Also, the floor was so dirty my feet were black when I went to get dressed in the morning. When we checked out in the morning and told the person at the desk, their response was, “We will have to check it out.” Not a good experience.”

“Perfect stay! We came to town to go to the Tennessee Theatre and the location was great. The atmosphere was safe and staff were very nice! The hotel was very clean! Only suggestion would be maybe freshen up the caulk in the shower. Will definitely be staying again in the future!”
