“Ok breakfast good for price ”

“I stayed one night. Room was clean everything worked except I couldnt figure out how to close the many curtains in the window.”

“The breakfast was subpar but everything else was good ”

“Staff was so friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. I will stay again on my next visit to Knoxville. ”

“Property is dated and in need of some repair. Could not get the door to lock when we closed it. When we did we had difficult getting back in the room. One of the ice machines was broken so we had to go to a different building to get ice. Sheets were clean but had some stains. There were a few slices of bread a couple of bagels and coffee set out for breakfast. Not really any amenities. ”

“Receptionist upon arrival was delightful but when she heard me say “ the basketball game starts soon” she laughed and told me that if it was on CBS I wouldn’t be watching it. It was and I missed a 1 point regional final game. Not remotely funny since we had planned our drive around game time. In addition not one of the clocks in the room was set to the right time. I tried to set the alarm clock but needed a screwdriver to do so. Will definitely use another hotel chain next trip. ”

“It was right next door to another hotel that looked ran down. But it was nice. Needs to be updated but overall great for the price. Didn’t see they had free breakfast advertised but they did and it was decent. ”

“Great value but needs a little tlc in the maintenance area. Showers are clean enough but had issues with the sink knob, would fall right off in your hand. Other than that clean and great value”

“My stay was perfect. The room was clean and well maintained. This was a perfect stop on a long road trip!”
