Resort a Costa del Golfo della Florida

“Great stay! Room was updated and nice. Balcony was great to sit out on. Ours overlooked the pool. Beds were comfortable. Very convenient with the restaurant attached. Check in was good. One person who was trying to take several calls and check us in but we were early and lucky a room was ready. Came down later and the lobby was packed but there were several people to check them in at that point. Pool looked nice but we didn’t go. “Abbiamo trovato delle cimici da letto in camera,alle 2.30 del mattino abbiamo richiesto un cambio camera e nessuno ci e venuto ad aiutare coi bagagli ne con la bambina che dormiva nel letto,trasferito tutto da soli senza nemmeno un briciolo di scuse, al momento del check out l’ho segnalato e hanno detto che controllavano,my apologies e stop!terribilmente decaduto (ero stata 4 anni fa)!”

“Sono andata in questo hotel dietro consiglio di una guida. L'aspetto dell'hotel è molto bello e ricco di storia, è un vero e proprio simbolo a St.Pete. Purtroppo peró siamo rimasti molto delusi in primis dalla camera, troppo piccola considerando sia il prezzo che l'esclusività dell'hotel e anche gli standard americani a cui eravamo abituati. Il bagno era davvero imbarazzante... non potevamo usarlo contemporaneamente ma solo a turni. L'accoglienza è stata fredda e ci sentivamo solo un numero.....

“We had a great time. The beach was well maintained. They could use some upgrades in the rooms with more up to date furniture, and carpets ( its like my old grandma furniture). Food is rather pricey, this forced us to eat and drink off the property. ”
