Cottage a Costa di San Diego

“Per quel che costa la casetta dovrebbe essere perfetta ed invece ci sono diverse cose che lasciano a desiderare. Anche la manutenzione del cortiletto è carente.”

“We had a nice day at this property. Miki was super responsive and helpful, which we appreciated. It's an older house (built in 1953) but decorated and outfitted well. Our only issue was that there was air-conditioning in the living room only (maybe I missed that in the listing?) Bedrooms had freestanding fans, which we didn't use at night because they were so loud. But sleeping with the windows open kept us cool enough, and beds are comfortable. “We were in San Diego to explore colleges with our son and to get to know the area to see if our son could see himself living here. The cottage was a great location to be able to visit colleges and get an idea of what it could be like to live in the San Diego area. The cottage itself was walkable to restaurants, the beach and markets and centrally located to visit other areas by car. While there is noise from the airport and the street, it didn't bother us as we took it to be part of the city...

Backyard was very spacious and enough games and space for children ages 3-7 and adult relaxation.Beds were very comfortable and worked well for the number of children in our family.Stocked with basics so no need to buy laundry soap, dish soap, Kleenex, tp, etc. We needed 1 item brought to us and it was delivered right away.Host very attentive and friendly and so was the next-door neighbor. ...
