“Arrived early in the morning after a international flight..naturally our room was not ready because checkin is at 3...we sat for two hours and noticed other people were checking in w/o a problem so I asked if our room was unavailable because we only had a cozy double..a lady finally said let me check..she was kind and even upgraded our room to more of a kitchenette...very comfortable..everyone was so nice”

“We had a fantastic stay, including our dog, she enjoyed all the facilities and high level care given to us all. Never have we stayed anywhere so dog friendly but still had high standards. Staff were friendly, attentive and food was good. We had spa treatments which were excellent and enjoyed the spa facilities too. The wonderful walks around the Goodwood estate. Our only criticism was breakfast on the last day of our stay, it was much quieter after a very busy bank holiday but food wasn’t so...

“I hadn't stayed in aBritannia Hotel for quite a number of years because standards had slipped. This hotel really surprised me, it was of a high standard and immaculately presented. Helpful staff and the late check in was ideal as we arrive by cross channel ferry so we knew that we would be late checking in. Its a pity that we didn't have time to use the spa and golf course.”

“We loved the quaint nature of this lodge, nestled in the golf course. You do have to be prepared to drive up a small hill and parking can be quite tight but it’s well worth it for such a spotless and modern room which provided a really comfortable stay. Very easy to check in and out and you get the option to use the spa and gym facilities as adults.
