“room was clean and comfortable.”

“Spacious and very nice room in a new property very conveniently located on the highway at the edge of town. Just minutes away from shopping, dining, marinas, and local attractions like Carlton Landing and Lake Eufaula State Park. Large bathroom with separated toilet, sink, and walk in shower. Definitely would book again.”

“The GPS took me to the wrong route. Had to ask the locals how to get there.”

“Did not have a good experience with check in. The virtual card that expedia used for the booking with 3rd party was declined. I gave the card number again to the hotel and now have double the charges. Been in chat rooms and call with expedia and the hotel and still not resolved.”

“Friendly staff and extremely good breakfast”

“My ac unit did not work in the room. Staff was notified at night not moved. Next day maintenance said the compressor was not working. Still not moved or no refund”

“It was a bait and switch. The signage was a rusted and busted Budget Inn with no Rv park anywhere. They never asked for id. They wrote a door code on a piece of paper. It didn't work, they had to reset the code. There were no table, dresser ot lamps. The sheets were curtins they sewed the rod pocket shut We left, no refund was given. ”

“Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It’s an old motel with outside accessibility, but it seemed to be clean and recently upgraded. New flooring, fresh paint, and furniture in very good shape. There were small imperfections like the light stayed on constantly in the microwave due to a damaged door closure, the toilet seat connectors were broken which made the seat slide, no coffeemaker in the room. It was a fair price!”

“Parking was close and convenient. I thought the breakfast was better than the usual offering of a free breakfast.”

“Tried to check in a king non smoking room and we declared pet that was service dog. This place still tried to charge me a 50 dollar deposit and then tried to debit my card several more times. I asked to refund and they said to contact Expedia. I still haven't received from Expedia. The whole experience was terrible and we slept in our car rather than stay at a motel that was gonna steal my money.”

“Everyone was so helpful and it was so quick even though the motel was full.”

“Room was comfortable. Staff was very helpful. The Breakfast was good. All in all it was a very nice hotel and experience. The only drawback was, in the middle of my 5 day stay, I had to vacate the room because the room was getting it's maintenance spray for bedbugs. Kind of timely since the night before, I was bitten in the middle of the night on my stomach. I think it was maybe a spider bite because it got really red and hurt and itched for days. I can still see a red area on my stomach were...

“My staff was almost excellent. The facility was experiencing some updates and therefore a little construction was going on. However, the plastic sheeting and prior notification of what I would see was appreciated and very helpful. All the staff from the front desk to the servers for breakfast to the housekeeping staff were very friendly. Made the stay pleasant!”

“Rooms where clean they have nice pool area. My only complaint was the breakfast selection was not very good. I would stay there again.”

“Hotel was very clean and newly renovated. Staff were all friendly. TV had limited channels and access to a few streaming apps. Great water pressure in the shower.”

“Our room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, with easy access to the Castle of Muskogee, Honor Heights Park, and other local attractions. Parking was conveniently located right in front of our room, so we didn't have to walk far while unloading our luggage. The air conditioning worked great and kept the room nice and cool. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Muskogee, Oklahoma.”
