“The cabin was great. The one piece of advice I will offer is DO NOT FOLLOW YOUR GPS TO THE ADDRESS ON THE LISTING!!! Follow the written directions the host provides. Our GPS took us a way that was impassable and locked with a gate. The roads around the property are gravel/dirt with plenty of tire-popping potholes. Be very careful. The cabin was great except for the beds. We ended up leaving one night early because we couldn't get a full night's sleep on either the bed upstairs nor the pull-out...

“The house and property are excellent. Getting up the main road and the driveway with a boat is tricky - narrow and lots of turns but once at the property it is great. The decor is up to date and relevant with the seasonal themes for the bedrooms. Great open concept for the living area. Just a couple very small areas to clean a little better but I am sure the owner will take care of them as he is on site and very connected to make this a top notch experience for guests. “We had a great time at the house fishing, playing and hanging out outside. It was the perfect place to relax between baseball games.”

“We are six senior kayakers who enjoyed three nights in this spacious, modern house on the Buckhannon River. This is a great choice if you are looking for a beautiful river view, listening to several species of birds, and don't mind the remote location. Not sure when the train runs, but we didn't hear it.”

“The area and home were beautiful. Quiet surroundings. Up close to nature. The home was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for our group. ”

“We stayed from Fri to Sun. Location has beautiful views of WV, some great trails, plenty of firewood and firewood ring locations to choose from as well as a pond with kayaks and paddle board. This is a location to disconnect as cell signal is poor. Owner does provide WiFi but only at certain public locations. Be aware there was no hand soap”
