“The hotel is under construction and really dirty. The pool is closed. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. They parking lot was full of dumpsters in construction equipment. There were spider webs on the ceiling of the room and a layer of dust on all surfaces. The pillows were small , like twin size for a king bed. The breakfast food was overcooked seemed to have been reheated from previous days.”

“There was no phone to call for food service at the Lobby Bistro. You had to come down to the Lobby to order food and then wait for it to be ready. Would have been easier to call in an order from our room and then get a call back when it was ready. ”

“Property was nice. Pool ceiling needed some attention as it was bubbling and falling off. It was very loud in the pool as well the kids yells echoed. Plan on $20 a day for parking per vehicle. Nightly happy hour was better some days than others. ”

“The shuttle service was amazing’ . The drivers were very accommodating. Madison and Perry from the Front Desk were very helpful. Thanks to all the staff.”

“This place is amazing for families with kids or if you enjoy indoor Waterparks. When we arrived it did take a little while to get checked in. Once in the front Rosy was very friendly and offered a pass for all of us that was very convenient. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Our room was amazing and very clean.”

“I have been charged an additional amount after checking out of this property and have been unable to get a response as to what this charge relates to. There is no mini bar or in room facilities or similar. Communication from the team at the front desk was varied in experience depending on who was at the counter, so it seems this is the same with management. The facilities themselves were fine. Dated, but fine. ”

“Less than ergonomic or functional. Shower door did not close properly. I bumped my forehead twice hard on the black metal clothes hanging apparatus. TV remote was very difficult to use. Patrick at check-in was courtesy and helpful.”
