“Pool snack bar staff was extremely slow and unfriendly. Took more than an hour to get my chips and guacamole. It finally came with 8 chips and a tablespoon of guac. Beautiful location but the beds were hard as plywood and staff was the worst of all places we have stayed in Mexico (6). ”

“Ventanas del Mar ist ein besonderer Ort für alle, die Ruhe, Natur und eine abgeschiedene Lage schätzen.
Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig und abseits, eher wie ein kleines Küstenrefugium oder ein einfaches Fischerdorf als ein klassisches Resort. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer und hört ständig die Wellen. Das Meer ist oft windig und rau – das sollte man mögen. Uns hat genau das sehr gefallen.
