“The rooms were fairly clean, however, there was poop on the front of the bowl of our toilet prior to our arrival. It was never cleaned. All other housekeeping services were really good.
The food was TOO good! The only less than great food I had was during breakfast. The pancakes, waffles, etc were always extremely dry. All other food was amazing!! The steak was exceptionally tender and delicious, as well as the chicken legs and thighs.

“The resort is in transition where they are taking what were three properties (A Sunscape that is out of business now, a Secrets, and a Dreams) and making a big Dreams resort.
The spa offered hair services but there was no one to do braids for my wife so she could have them to protect her hair while we were there. We usually try to use the service to give some more business to the resort when we go.
