“I booked this place because my husband was having surgery at Mayo Clinic and we needed an inexpensive ADA room, close to the hospital. The room was FILTHY DISGUSTING, to the point we did not walk barefoot at all. None of the doors closed properly. The bathroom was grimy and the towels were dingy and torn. Staff would not come clean the room (they only clean the rooms once every 2 weeks), give extra towels (they will charge you for extra), and I ended up having to do my best to clean the bathroom...

“They charge to park in the hotel parking lot, and not tell you about the parking charge. They do not have wash clothes in the room, we had to ask for this. The lady that checked us in seemed like she was on something and that the person behind the glass was more important than the customers checking in”
