“Just average in terms of quality. We had issues with the shower working properly. It would seem poor maintenance standards. The shower head was extremely low pressure and to regulate water temperature took an engineering degree. ”

“The hotel was clean however it looked like it was falling apart. The elevator was sketchy a the “security” doors did not work so anyone could enter. The hot tub was not hot and did not work. My kids enjoyed the pool, that is probably the best amenity. The breakfast was cheap but the room was ok. The air worked great although it was loud. It was the economical choice for us and you get what you pay for. ”

“The hotel does NOT have a traditional reception, only an office, which limits service availability. For example, towel changes are only possible after 9 a.m. It felt unwelcome because NO coffee or water. The staff member, Ree Ree, was friendly and helpful and provided us with her office coffee maker after we discovered there was NONE in the room, despite it being listed in the Expedia booking. Additionally, the staff at the Hacienda restaurant were unhelpful and came across as rude. I also had to contact the Privado front desk three separate times to obtain basic information about the gym schedule, which was frustrating. “It is a nice property. We had an odd shaped room. The layout was tight and awkward, but I'm an sure not all rooms are like the one we stayed in. I liked that there is a mini kitchen. You need to get to the pool early to get a lounge chair in the sun, if that is what you are looking for. There are lots of activities. Check-in and check-out were very easy. If you drive, parking is a very expensive per day rate, in my opinion.”
