Hotel a Crawfordville

“Great vibe. Very friendly and attentive. Especially clean. Breakfast wasn’t the greatest but the hotel sits on a strip.”

“The carpeting in the room definitely needed to be cleaned or replaced. I think that gave the room and the building a little bit of a musky smell but overall it was a good. Breakfast was good and we had a variety of food each day. The coffee was available 24 seven but was very weak and I would suggest having the vendor put a little bit more coffee in the mix. There was no problem parking but identifying the access road was a little bit difficult often we missed our turn and had to turn around....

“Simple. Active at night but not loud. This place would benefit from self check-in, self checkout. I think it may have been cheaper if I'd just have booked it without Expedia.”

“This is a $60 /night hotel that they are charging $115 /night. For starters, whoever is the maintenance person, thy need to be fired. the bathtub had a hole in the floor and all they did was put white duct tape over it useless!!!. Then thy must have remodeled the room but instead of using the same size sink, light fixtures, nightstand and toilet, they used smaller sizer but left the bolts and nails and wholes that the old fixtures caused exposed. On top of that the sheets and mattress covers...

“Staff was courteous and friendly. Clean bedding and towels. However the room had never been updated. We could see outside around the door jam. The water was orange when first on!!!!! ”

“Old, old, OLD and smells like cigarettes. No public restroom at check-in so if you're checking in, take a leak in the parking lot before you go in.”

“The Gillen House is a perfect destination if you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway that is close to Athens and not too far away from Atlanta. The hosts, Edward and Cynzia, were very welcoming and made us feel at home. The food at breakfast was excellent. Especially the steaks and sides that we had for dinner on our arrival evening. The room was spotless and perfect. We definitely enjoyed our stay!”
