“What a disappointment. Took husband for a birthday celebration weekend. The check in was stress full since EXPEDIA and hotel had a written policy stating an email would be sent for an online registration which was "REQUIRED". I tried calling the property directly 6 times over several days ahead of the trip and NO ONE ANSWERED. The EXPEDIA customer service tried to help me, and they also could not reach the property. “I checked in late, no a/c in the room and I was in for the night by 11pm after driving around to find food so hot and miserable I checked out before 8am couldn’t sleep after 2 showers but room was large view was nice. I didn’t see anywhere there breakfast to have.”

“I absolutely loved my stay here. The location is perfect, very safe, and has great amenities nearby. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. “AVOID. Room itself was ok. kind of beat up. no soap ever provided. Primary issue was that housekeeping stole a credit card from the room which was hidden inside a zippered backpack and used to attempt up $1,000+ of charges at a gas station and 2 Publix stores. Police Report filed with Pinellas County Sheriff's Office. Hotel management was uncooperative and only said they "trust their staff" in spite of the evidence presented to them. “Everything was very clean and ran smoothly. Common areas were nice. However, beds have been an issue. We stayed here early 2025 and one of the double/queen beds had a dip in the mattress so large you could have literally sat a basketball in the hole. We turned the mattress so the hole was closer to the foot of the bed. On this recent trip we had a king bed, but was also so worn and old that there was a big dip in the middle of the mattress and it took effort to roll out of bed.
