“All good”

“Garbage strewn in the hall, also bins of garbage in hall, water leak in hall. Toilet seat not installed properly, broken shade stored in corner of room. No desk chair, linens dingy, hair in between sheets. Room in disrepair. Not to the standards of other Quaility Inns.”

“Breakfast, and the staff in the breakfast area, were great. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful at check-in and every morning. The room was comfortable (the air conditioner was pretty loud when the compressor kicked in). The shower was great. The only problem was that housekeeping never came to clean or replenish the towels in the six days we stayed, even when we stopped by the front desk in the morning to inform them that we would be away for the day. “The staff is great. They must have kept my notes from a prior stay, they put me in a corner room/ top floor which was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Bed linens impeccably clean. Interior of the room clean and well maintained. That said, cosmetically speaking, the property is showing signs of wear, which is to be expected, I suppose. Overall, this is a great value, with a friendly and attentive staff, where you can get a peaceful night's sleep despite it being in a somewhat busy area of...

“We came to our room about 1:30am and there was no towels or wash cloths in room so that we can take a shower. My son went downstairs the next morning around 9 am and the lady said that they had no clean linens. How you didn’t have any the whole day before or the next morning. Did they check the rooms. So mad I had to go buy towels to wash”

“The breakfast was outstanding. The pool was constantly having to be maintained. Not quite sure of the problem. Work room was good and easy to use.”

“This hotel is run down, there was 0 hot water and when I asked the front desk he said oh yeah the water heater has been broke for 2 days - you fail to mention this to your customers??? The room was dark and old and very noisy. The entire floor smelled like marijuana. It was so bad I checked out before I was supposed to and given the hot water issue no refund or attempt to make it right was made Do NOT stay here”

“The building and the staff were great! Such a cute property and a really nice room. Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door). But the staff and amenities were really top notch, and breakfast was very tasty both days!”

“This is a spectacular little boutique hotel in downtown Norfolk. The location is great for walking to the theater and the water district. There’s dining everywhere. The biggest bonus is the glass art museum that’s included with your stay.”
