“Very helpful staff and property is well cared for, pool was closed”

“Continental breakfast very bad. Ak Always lukewarm Coffee, OJ machine broken, food lukewarm, pool out of service but not divulged until asked , beds not changed, no luggage carts available, no safety bars in tub/shower, no‐slip mats provided, smoking outside of bldg doors entered hallway access to rooms, loud guests slamming doors at 5:30am.”

“The room was very clean and recently painted. No smells or insects or unwanted finds in the room. The breakfast was good, a little bit more limited than usual but enough selection for breakfast. The only down side is that there wasn't any exercise or swimming pool, it had been shutdown. So if you have kids that like to go swimming at each stop this is not the choice for you. To exercise after long hours in the car we walked the hallway and stairs. Another couple did the same. If done fast...

“By accident, I hit the smoking room button and when I asked to change the room, he told me that it would be more for a non-smoking. The room was disgusting. It smelled worse than a dead ashtray. All my clothes smell like smoke and an ashtray my luggage now smells like an ashtray. I didn’t sleep a wink by the time I was done I felt like throwing up There were toilets sitting outside my room. There’s drug addicts and lowlife everywhere. Please do not stay there. It was awful.”

“The room was exceptionally clean, cozy, and comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax, and I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. They were attentive, professional, and always willing to answer questions or assist with anything I needed, making my stay even more enjoyable.”

“You get what you pay for. This is a cheap hotel. It's not great, not terrible, just meh. But since you're not paying a premium price, it's acceptable. The rooms appear to be updated recently, but the building/AC units are still pretty old.”

“The room was relatively clean though I killed 2 spiders in the bathtub. The room was so hot that the air conditioner couldn't cool it down until after midnight. The person at the desk was very annoyed that I had a dog though Expedia said they were pet friendly when I made the reservation. We won't be back.”

“I had checked in and minutes later got a call about a family emergency and had to leave immediately and was denied a refund request. Also I had to switch rooms because the first one the tub was completely stopped up and water just collected in the tub. The first room smelled of mildew. The second room reeked of pot. There was only one towel. I would rather sleep in my car then ever sleep at this hotel.”

“If you like the convenience of bringing your luggages, there are No elevators to the second floor. There was no coffee pot in the room. The breakfast was horrible, the eggs smelled sour, no breakfast meat, no fruit or bagels like most hotels. Parking was tight.”

“Our hotel room looked nothing like the pictures online. It had original red carpet that was so worn it was bare in places. The furniture was all knicked and scratched up. The freezer wasn’t clean, had trash in it, and had ice build up. The shower smelled when you turned on the water. The carpet was dirty, they don’t move furniture and clean behind it. The white door to the outside was so dirty you could see the handprints of previous people who had stayed there and there was a crack so wide when...

“I couldn't check in until 3:00 so i guess Choice Rewards has me spoiled because I can check in early there. We got up to our room and it had to be at least 85 degrees if not 90. Room was nice. This is an older hotel that has had a major remodel. I stayed there 35 years ago and the only thing that really showed it was the concrete outside. Faucets don't seem to know if they are running hot or cold water because all the water just seemed warm. I was very disappointed in the breakfast. I...
