Al momento della prenotazione non si capisce che la struttura è divisa in 2 (lodge e motel) e la parte motel è squallida e su una strada molto trafficata. Il bagno era pulito ma nell'angolo della stanza c'era una grande ragnatela con tanto di ospite peloso e nero. Lenzuola e assciugameni puzzolenti. “Central location and great stff”

“The only problem I encountered was that because I booked third party, they weren't flexible with my request to allow my cousin to check in on my behalf becauseI was running late and she needed to get dressed before the wedding. I had to stop, respond to the email request before she was allowed in the room. She drove over 3 hrs. and I drove over 5 hrs. and had lost 1 hrs. because I was coming from TN.”

I was told we would have a balcony which they did not provide, also the pictures showed, and if I was not mistaken, they served breakfast which they said it was only for events, so we did not get breakfast. Our room we were in had a loud buzzing noise so we got the front desk to come and here it. She heard it and gave us another room. The drink machine was out of order.
