Resort a Crossville - Harriman

“Our room was clean, but the bathtub was lopsided and very slippery. In fact my husband slipped and fell trying to get out of the shower. Luckily he didn’t hurt himself.”

“Nice clean room. Although I'm disabled I had to go upstairs for my room.”

“Typical HI Express. Not luxurious, but nice. Clean, decent workout room, good breakfast, fresh coffee all day, easy parking. Solid decision, for the price.”

“The staff is terrific, very nice, and very helpful. More towels, more coffee, a blanket, anything, just ask. The property is centrally located, near all the good restaurants, Walmart, and Sam's Club. Interstate 40 is just two blocks down the street. We stay here with our service dog every time we're in Tennessee visiting relatives. It's a great place to stay. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, the TV has soooo many channels, the parking lot is well-lit, and breakfast is served 6am to 9am....

“Husband and I stayed there 1 night while traveling. Front desk staff were very nice. Room was comfortable and well maintained. There was a closet to hang your clothes. The bathroom had a blow dryer and enough towels. I don't know how the breakfast was, because we did not eat there. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Property is getting old-- I can't really remember how long I've been coming here but 20 years anyway. Room and bed was clean but floor not so good. Bathroom was reasonablely clean but old paint and dust in corners near tub. Housekeeping just not that good. I'll still come back”
