“Property was clean and room configuration was ideal for my snoring husband and I. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that the walls were not very sound proof at all. The tv in the living area next door could be heard all night while sleeping in the pullout in our living room. I also woke up to the Rocky theme coming from the room on the other side. Regardless, I think I would stay there again for the room layout and cleanliness.”

“I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The complimentary breakfast was good, which was one of the few positive aspects of my experience. Unfortunately, housekeeping was a major issue. My room was not cleaned for the entire week I stayed there. After the third day, I contacted the front desk and was told a request would be entered into the system for my room. The following day, nothing was done. I then spoke with the manager, who blamed a new system update for the housekeeping...

“This was an excellent stay. The check in was quick, friendly staff, and the room was super clean and spacious. Breakfast was satisfying with enough choices to make it a good meal. Will definitely stay again!”

“Hotel was under construction, my first room assigned to me smelled reallly bad of animal urine; I told the front desk, no way I can stay in there; so they put me in a suite which had a floor and there was no smell in there so was ok but front desk acted like it was a chore to do.”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful, but overall the hotel felt dated and underwhelming for a property presenting itself as a resort. The rooms were average, and the building itself feels very old with limited renovations. The pillows were honestly some of the worst I’ve experienced at a hotel - very lumpy and uncomfortable, and definitely in need of replacement. Overall, I’d consider this more of a 3-star hotel experience than a true resort stay.”
