“The photo shot from above from the outside of the building is abit misleading. The lower building on the left is the apartment and the high building next to it is a large separate home, so you can’t actually see the bay unless you walk to the water edge for a slight bay view. The houses across the little canal are quite close and you can easily hear any conversations, etc. There was a never-ending stream of little ants on the kitchen counter and up the wall to the cabinets, even after the owner...

“This community is great, especially if you have kids that need a lot of activity to be entertained. The place itself was clean and had lots of towels and blankets which is nice. The kitchen has a nice set of utensils, pots and pans as well as dishes. Be sure to bring coffee pods, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I would recommend bringing your own hair dryer that one is slow. We had a wonderful time and would go back. Last thing to not is the driveway is tiny and a rental car that is anything...

“Online photos did not match the house. You entered the house through one of the bedrooms. So privacy for those staying in that room did not exist. The extra you pay when checking in for the club amenities was not worth the expense. ”

“The unit was very old and tired. As such, several windows did not open, the cook top light was not working, the shower surround was cracked and the joint caulking was bad to name some examples. However, the place was spotless when we arrived and with (needed) working AC. The kitchen is WELL appointed with cooking items, some spices, and baking supplies. The washer/dryer was a treat as we travel light. The waterfront deck/patio area was great for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Venture out...
