“The hotel from walking in at check-in until check-out was excellent, including the staff, the room, cleanliness, room temperature and air conditioning, etc. We didn't eat the free breakfast only because we decided to sleep in. The only thing I would recommend is possibly upgrading the windows to block out some of the noise from the highway because it did get bothersome several times while trying to sleep. “When we got to our room the first thing we noticed was the bed had something on it that looked disgusting. So we were switched to a different room. The next morning I got in the shower and there was black hair on the wall and floor of the shower. I had to clean it before I could take my shower. We rented 3 rooms for that night because we were moving and our family needed to stay also. At least the breakfast was nice the next morning. ”

“Dirty toom toothpaste all over the counter front desk evening woman was rude and even Incorrectly charged my card ”

“We made the mistake of staying across the street and were encountered with a mouse in our room, ants in the bathroom, and a hole in the wall where the mouse got in. Their resolve was to spray raid in our room. We couldn’t breathe so we had to leave. Your establishment is Taj Majal and your staff heaven sent. We could not have been treated better. Charlotte at the front desk and Lucy from housekeeping are to be applauded for their professionalism and customer service. Thank you very much. ”
