Hotel vicino a Dan Patch Stables - Lake Geneva

“We love Timber Ridge. My 5 and 7 year old boys are outgrowing the small water park, but we have had fun traveling here for the past 3 years.”

“The beds and pillows need to be changed as they are not comfortable anymore. Besides that the view, staff, cleanliness were very good and location is great.”

“I paid a premium price and was told I had an updated suite, it was not. Shower upstairs had no hot water, outlets were outdated, and TV remotes didn’t work.”

“Clean Motel Rooms with clean linen, parking and pool close to Lake Geneva, quiet neighborhood and close to everything for a good price. Nothing fancy.”

“Is is improving. I am staying in a nicer grade of room. The location is better than an other hotel I tried on the far side of the lake. Heavy trash around the hotel was cleaned up. Internet slightly improved. They do need to use diffrent channels on the WI fi broadcasts. Right now they are all in a center channel and are competing against each other. I would stay there again.”

“Being located right on the lake is the best feature. Restaurant needs improvement in both food quality and service.”

“First of all, I didn't pay for the Hot tub, but according to the picture you (or who ever) gave me, I paid for jacuzzi... For that price, I should get it, but no 👎 ... Condition of the facilities = himid and stale smell in the room, on the towels...etc, etc, ... Never again ”

“Beautifully renovated rooms. Views right on the lake. Restaurant and music next door at the Getaway. Limited continental breakfast and at 9am on a Monday. Leaves in the pool. Walkways and stairs need painting and carpet ripped. Sky light in room lights up the room at 5:30am. No covering to it.”

“This is a nice hotel, and this was our third visit to the hotel. However, we planned the stay based solely on using the outdoor pool, and didn't realize the hotel sells passes to people who are not staying at the resort. The pool was crowded. There was only one bartender to make drinks for everyone but there were probably 8 servers who were standing around waiting for drinks to be made. It ruined the vibe we were hoping for.”

“We reserved a room for 4 guests. Our room only had 2 towels. When the front desk was paged, we were told to go get them from the lobby. I asked if they could be brought to the room and the gentleman was nice enough to bring them. Then, we realized that the room had no hand soap and no body wash. There was only one small bottle of shampoo, conditioner and lotion. For 4 people!? We also only had 1 roll of toilet paper (whatever was in the dispenser), when we called the front desk to get more, we...
