“As we had a full day on Friday, leaving home 5-am.visiting varios towns en-route,our last visit of the day was Burton--on --Trent ,to have an overdue meal before making our way to The Beeches . We were very pleased to be shown to our room. It was lovely, nice & clean & very comfortable, beds nice also.
Once settled in wanted to relax just for a little while ,& check something on the TV. but unfortunately unable to get it to work !!

“Unfortunately I had eaten enroute so did not dine in the nicely furnished olde style pub which took orders until 20.30 but, despite my 20.20 arrival I was given opportunity to eat. The bed was very comfortable. An armchairxwas provided in addition to a chair.”

“Nice, clean with a nice local pub right across the courtyard. Very handy. However the pub is only open limited hours and no where else to eat within walking distance except a fish n chips joint. We stayed in apartment 3. Suited our family of 4 well, but note there is no mini fridge or micro that a family might hope for. Walls are thin too but not a big deal.

“Staff were very nice and helpful. I stayed for 9days and can not fault them. Whenever I need something you only need to ask. Very helpful and excellent service from kitchen to front desk and the cleaner who helped open my door as I had so many stuff on hand. It’s a shame I didn’t get all their names. But all in all 10/10💯”

“We stayed in one of the cottages with our 2 dogs. These cottages are ideal if you have pets. This is our 2nd stay this year and will not be the last. The only downside is that the parking is a bit away from the cottages. There is 2 parking places for many cottages. We have a blue badge but can't be used. It is a fair walk with the luggage our dogs and their pet beds. But the room is very good and ideal for pets. The shower is probably the most powerful shower i have ever used.”

“We choose The Boot Inn to stay overnight as we were meeting family for dinner in nearby Mercia Marina, we were warmly greeted and shown to our room which was as described on website, very comfortable and stylishly designed, breakfast was very much to our liking and the options were plentiful should you need. ”

“Fantastic place to stay food fantastic so was stafe and service .rooms maybe a wee bit to warm .also our room was right above a generator but it did settle latter in the night .didnt like the step at the bathroom quite dangerous .alarge mirror in the bathroom would have been Lovley putting all that a side i will be back and i will be recommending it to freinds .”
