“This worked perfect for my short stay and need of a neat place to crash at for 2 nights. I didn't have any issues. There was one night that the next door tenants could be clearly heard through the wall that separated both rooms. Thank God they quieted by midnight and I could sleep. But overall this was a pleasant stay. I definitely will reserve again, when I come back.”

“Clearly the hotel doesn’t know why Las Vegas is crashing. It’s coming to Fort Lauderdale! Fees. Fees. Fees. After a 30 minute line up to check in we were offered the pleasure of a $50 USD “Early Check in Fee” OR if we were lucky enough to book online the extra fee would have been only $30. PLUS if you had anything delivered to the hotel, be prepared to pay an (unadvertised) extra $5 fee PER PACKAGE! When I asked where that fee was published - I got a blank stare. It’s not. Parking? “I lavori in corso nell'edificio adiacente rendono poco piacevole e difficoltoso l'ingresso. La navetta per l'aeroporto non è disponibile h24 come indicato nel sito bensì termina a mezzanotte e riprende alle 7; quando lo abbiamo fatto notare alla signorina della reception - informandola che il nostro aereo partiva alle 6 della mattina - lei è stata molto scortese e per niente disponibile (a differenza dell'autista dello shuttle a cui dobbiamo un ringraziamento perché si è offerto di accompagnarci...

“Bellissimo hotel anche se non sulla spiaggia dotato di navetta per raggiungerla e tornare all’hotel. Ambienti raffinati moderni e eccellentemente mantenuti. Piscina grande e riscaldata e consigliatissimo.”

“Il personale e il servizio devono decisamente migliorare per il prezzo pagato. La sistemazione è buona, moderna e pulita, ma i ragazzi dello staff reception devono assolutamente svegliarsi e capire che, solitamente, si prova a fare di tutto per soddisfare le richieste del cliente, soprattutto quelle che hanno a che fare con fatturazione, invoicing e documenti vari. ”

“We had a nice stay. The room was clean and modern and our request to be in a high floor room has been satisfied by the kind staff. Breakfast was great with many options The only note was the location of the hotel: it is relatively close by car to the downtown area and seaside and you can park either in the hotel garage (more expensive) or in the adjacent public parking lot (at night time not very safe).”

“Staff molto gentile, problema al sifone della doccia che è stato prontamente sistemato. Ci hanno concesso un’ora in più per il check out. Colazione semplice in stile americano. Posizione buona”

“This is basically a shared house/hostel. All common areas are shared and you can hear everything through the walls. The bathroom was left dirty by the other people staying there. The rooms were really small and cheap looking. The beds were not comfortable and the tvs were also tiny. The area was kind of ghetto and the parking was strange as well. The host was very responsive. I guess it could work for someone comfortable with staying in a shared house, but we won’t be back. ”
