“The property amenities were great, staff is okay, was met with some rudeness from one person and a lack of communication from another when trying to address an issue I had with my room. “Definitely needs a little TLC! It was a real issue getting our codes for the resort! Finally got them and one was incorrect! email came as we were flying out to get to Fort Lauderdale with another set of codes! I think they area was great and the price was good!”
