“This property was clean and quiet. The hotel staff was nice. This hotel is surrounded by many restaurants as well as shopping area. I chose to stay in Rogers instead of Fayetteville and I don’t regret it. Is only about 15-20 minutes outside of Fayetteville. ”

“Everything was excellent except we expected breakfast and they said they had one but you had to let themknow a day ahead of time. Also no utensild and other stuff you needed even though they had an oven. Otherwise all was excellent.”

“Breakfast was ok but not at level expected after staying at Hyatt Place. It seems as this property was something else and trys to be hyatt. No dining options yet promoted like existed with banners etc. ”

“The room itself was great, the only think was that on the bathroom they only had one little bar soap for 4 people and nothing else had to go buy my on staff to shower ”

“The muffins and complementary coffee were good but we did not wish to pay more for breakfast. Parking was safe. ”

“It wasn’t worth the money. Front desk staff super friendly. Bar was very unorganized and bartender needed training. They were out of the basic liquors. Wasn’t the cleanness. Expected better for the area and price. ”

“The Hotel management was very polite , the Location was perfect it had a lot of local restaurants to choose from and the room was very clean ..”

“There was a large stain on the foot rest , large and obvious. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. There was a lot of tea, no coffee in room. Very dated. I have stayed here several times, for the money, I’m just going to start looking for better options. ”

“Dependable and safe place to stay. I stay there Twice a year for almost a week for last 5 years. Friendliest staff. Great breakfast with variety. Great coffee all day. Quiet atmosphere. Did not hear noise in Hall way. Close to all the things we wanted to see. ”
