“The sports bar in casino was great. Got a smoking room. Inexperienced check in lady blamed" third party " for giving us a smoking room and ranted a bit. Really, we would have preferred non but offer to spray it at least. Dont treat like I'm a problem for trying your property or asking politely if any non are available. “Mattresses are in bad shape, so worn you roll to the middle. Never saw a staff member at The Lodge other than check in at main hotel whom was very pleasant and accommodating. Place just looks tired inside but was very quiet in The Lodge which I appreciate for a hotel. ”

“The hotel is 5 min away from CVG Airport. 3 min away from the highway and 10 min from Hebron. It is well kept. It provides hot breakfast buffet with so many options to choose from.
Housekeeping was shorthanded. Meaning beds were not made but, towels and toiletries were changed on a daily basis.
Yolanda, the breakfast area server is very friendly and helpful.”
