“No wifi available, which was very disappointing. The gas heater turned off regularly (every 15 mins or so) and had to turned on again so the room was not continually cosy and warm. There was a reverse cycle air conditioner but that was not sufficient to heat the room for Winter temperatures. There was very little reception for the TV so not all channels were available. “What was on the Internet not the same as experienced, Take "breakfast included" Is fruit juice, cereal, fruit and coffee/tea considered a breakfast? I doubt it. This outlet on market for past two years and it was noticable. Weeds outside and inside very run down. The whole area totally "unloved" I think owners should sell and cut their losses and let someone take over and run correctly as a B&B. “The property is fine but not five star in the traditional sense. Never saw a staff member as it was all remote check in etc. Having an open plan bathroom never makes sense to me. No privacy, even if you’re long married couple you do not want to hear and smell every trip to the toilet.”

“Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The Garden Deluxe Room was located right next to the main road, and the constant traffic noise made it difficult to sleep or relax. Even the balcony faced the road, so it wasn't the peaceful setting we expected. The in-room hot tub looked great in theory, but it wasn't practical.
