É un hôtel piuttosto piccolo, in cui il personale ci tiene a « conoscere » personalmente ogni singolo ospite, creando quindi un ambiente familiare che ci é piaciuto molto. In quanto utenti gold avevamo la colazione inclusa; la colazione é alla carta, il menu é vasto, il cibo ottimo, abbiamo scelto cose diverse ogni giorno. “Rosie the Office Manager was very helpful with changing our time for the water taxi. Ashanti the bartender made the best dirty banana I have ever enjoyed. Paulina our housekeeper did an excellent job in maintaining the order and cleanness of our room. Mike the maintenance man educated us on the culture of the people of Ambergris Caye and recommended the best restaurants on the island. ”

“The shuttle drivers were excellent friendly and informative. They waited for us 3 hours past our pick up time due to our flight from Dallas being delayed. It should be known that even though they take you to Placencia village at specific times you can call them to be a taxi as well and save money over the price of a regular taxi. Good food”
