Well situated on the island. The laundry service for towels in the bathroom receives a black point from us : in one week we received once towels with bloody marks and once towels with big holes. Not in the right way for the level of the hotel”

“The room was horrible, bathroom door was water damaged swollen up,couldn’t close it, previous guest left scotch tapes all over the ceiling, cracked ceiling , sink drain was broken and the inside sink rim or seal was covered with black mold. This room shouldn’t be assigned to anyone, lots of health issue concerns”

“We stayed in early August and the Hotel staff were awesome. Super friendly and helpful for all pool chair and beach chair needs. Rooms and grounds are clean. This resort is not overcrowded and is very chill. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants, shops, and excursions. Improvements: The hotel only had 1 volleyball for the pool and it was old and waterlogged (unusable). When I asked the staff, they said that's all they had. Please invest the $40 in a couple of newer volleyballs!”

“This was our first stay at the Guanahani, after having previously stayed at another perfectly lovely hotel in St Barth's, and we could not have been happier. The staff were exceptionally helpful, pleasant, quick and accommodating - from locating and delivering our lost luggage, to renting a car, making (and changing) dinner reservations, supplying us with water and a cooler every time we left the property, etc. Special shout-outs to Simon at the reception, Julie in the main restaurant, and...
