“3pm checkin which is fine. The 4 computers are not manned until 3pm which means the line is out the door people waiting to checkin. It should be fully manned and ready to go by 2:30 and the checkin process needs to be faster, even self check in kiosks would be better. The team is helpful, the process is just soo slow.”

“Normal room, slow and single lift, blinking light in the toilet... There are some margins to improve”

“Consistently high standard with excellent staff and facilities. A bit more expensive than a suburban motel but more spacious.”

“Great place”

“I stayed in Quest Notting Hill for 5 days from wed 23rd of September. Location is in middle of business area. It is surrounded by all companies. There is no view for rooms even in fourth floor. The worst part of my stay in Quest was, there was no housekeeping service from Friday to Monday. 3 days no cleaning, no changing sheets and no rubbish was taken out. Don't have room service at all during the weekend and public holiday. Be mindful with that.”

“Great location, front office staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room need some plumbing work which when pointed out was rectified quickly. Parking was affordable and was easy to access.”

“la moquette della camera era vecchia e consumata. La colazione mancava un pò di varietà. prezzo molto alto.”

“Great location with lots of restaurants, bars and cafes close by. My executive studio was so spacious and had everything I needed for a two night stay. The staff were great, letting me check in early and check out a little later. Will stay here again next time I'm back”
