“This place was disgusting. Rooms smelled, broken windows, the door on one of the 2 rooms we rented had been kicked in who knows how many times? There was a big gap in the door frame, and the door was in no way secure even with the deadbolt latched. Family members that were with us witnessed several drug deals being made in the parking lot at 6 o’clock in the evening in Broad daylight. This place was so bad we left demanded a refund and then had to scramble to try to find two other rooms at a...

“Breakfast not so great”

“2 nights no room cleaned nor advised up front that they don’t clean every day. Breakfast could use a lil more work besides bagels and cereal. The place wasn’t run down it was average.”

“The hotel is getting very tired. Our room sink had a broken stopper and the bathroom floor had something sticky spilt on it, Only one elevator worked so there was always a wait. The ice machine didn’t work. They only had coffee made in tge mirning, no hot water ot tea options. I think it was over priced for what you got”

“Breakfast was good. My biggest problem is that you find out about renovations after you have paid. There were ants mainly in the restroom and yes we informed the staff. They waited until 10 pm and asked if we wanted to change rooms or they can spray, but would have to leave room for 2 to 3 hours. Why not offer that service while we gone all day long. ”

“The room was clean. The gentleman at the front was very friendly. Only downside was literally waiting 30 minutes to take a shower because that’s how long it took for the hot water. ”

“Very clean room, excellent gym facilities, helpful staff that went above and beyond.”

“Excellent location. Close to airport, food, shopping...all within walking distance. Main complaint is the thin walls. I heard every step, cry, conversation, moan, of my neighbors and people in the halls, CLEARLY. I stayed 4 nights and had 3 different people placed in the room next to me..not sure why they kept choosing to use that room. ”

“The property was run down I would of left but they wouldn’t give me a refund the TV didn’t work and know one came to even look at it the bathroom door must have gotten broke and they tried to fix it with a staple gun the door had a gap in it you could see outside the window had a huge break they didn’t have any curtains on the window they had a old dirty roll up shade there wasn’t a beach it was a place they people fishing dig disappointed know housekeeping they had a trash can that was over...

“Aside from the two french fries I found in the air vent of my single. The rest of the room was pretty clean and neat. The staff was also friendly and helpful and kept the building looking nice throughout the day. I did mention the french fry thing to the front manager after I checked out though and he got right onto fixing the problem. Overall nice and comfortable stay for the price I paid.”
