“Loved the room”

“Public restrooms out of order, floors in hallways have tape on them, smell is musty, peeling paint, cracks in toilet tank, curtains hanging,”

“I thought it had a nice location. The bed was comfortable and the television was a nice size. I booked it because of the seasonal outdoor pool.”

“The parking was very bad, and they charged $45 per day for parking. What they told me over the phone was very different from what they actually did in person. That’s crazy. The parking situation was terrible, and there was no customer service. At other hotels, employees help park the cars or assist customers, but here, they didn’t help at all. It was also very difficult to find parking. Overall, I was very disappointed with the parking and the customer service.”

“This property has a great central location between Denver and Boulder. The pool is beautiful and food at the restaurants is delicious. The best part about the hotel however is absolutely the staff. From the front desk, to the restaurant wait staff, to the spa, the customer service was impeccable. The entire staff are welcoming and make you feel at home while also being extremely professional and exceptionally good at their jobs. Special recognition to Tammy, Gina, and Stefanie in the spa. “Stanza pulita con finestra apribile, arredo essenziale e gradevole, doccia grande, biancheria di buon livello. Colazione soddisfacente, macchietta per jl caffè e micronde disponili in camera. Ottimo il servizio shuttle da/per aeroporto. L'hotel si trova a dustanza percirribile a piedi da Penña Station da cui si raggiunge la città in pochi minuti. ”
