“Good place to stay”

“Came down for a weekend get away mixed with a concert. Had a wonderful experience. Nice room, cold fridge to keep drinks nice and frosty. Great tv. Was quiet. Gym was great good equipment really helped stay active. Breakfast adequate”

“Friendly staff. Not the cleanest place. Broken lamp. Stains on the walls. Hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. Not my favorite stay but to save a couple hundred dollars for the night it wasn’t completely awful.”

“This was a terrible experience. The hotel itself did not feel safe, people outside were doing drugs and alcohol at all hours. The refrigerator did not work, the tv did not work. The front desk refused a refund, the owner hung up on me when I called asking for some type of refund. The bathroom ceiling looked like it could cave in, the shower had rust stains. Stay far away from this hotel they should be shut down.”

“This place was a dump. It was $70 so you get what you pay for but I wouldn’t say here again for free. Smelled and dirty and run down. Says free breakfast but I would call hard boiled eggs and toast breakfast. Never stay here”

“On site restaurant service was quick and the staff was attentive and friendly. Quick walk to MVP arena. Valet parking super convenient.”

“Please do not ever go to this place. I was afraid for my life. I stayed 1 hour and went to another hotel. It's seedy, there were people obviously making "transactions" and there were people in the stairwell using drugs. I informed the staff and they were unbothered. Please for your own safety do not stay at this place.”

“I was very impressed with the Clocktower Hotel. We were in town for a concert, and stayed the night. The room was spacious, and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast buffet was superb. The hotel was very close to the highway and was a short 15 minute drive to the arena. I would definitely stay at the Clocktower again if I'm ever in the Albany area.”

“Hotel molto bello, nuovo e pulito. Molto meglio degli hotel appartenenti a catene commerciali presenti nelle vicinanze. Camere spaziose, pulite e curate, alcune con una bella vista sul fiume (non la nostra). Il casinò, pur essendo nella stessa struttura, è ben diviso dall’hotel rendendo facile l’accesso ma mantenendo la privacy dell’hotel. Super consigliato”
