“The parking was very bad, and they charged $45 per day for parking. What they told me over the phone was very different from what they actually did in person. That’s crazy. The parking situation was terrible, and there was no customer service. At other hotels, employees help park the cars or assist customers, but here, they didn’t help at all. It was also very difficult to find parking. Overall, I was very disappointed with the parking and the customer service.”

“Bathroom shower stall problems. Shower head was loose. Gym is waaaayy too small They need to take away the $30 daily hotel facility “fee” ———- thats total BS. JUST to cover, they say , a complimentary (?) glass of wine and $10 daily token for coffee and a croissant at bkfast. Really? Theyre profiting mightily off that facility fee. Rooms were clean”
