There's cigarette Burns in the comforter, food was stuck in the remote from the previous guest. That was beyond disgusting. They have an oval toilet which I have at home with the round seat and lid which does not make any sense. Never seen something like that. It's very odd. “Loved the uniqueness and quirkiness of the room! Stayed on the "Level Up" floor in the Mushroom Kingdom suite, had a Mario Bros. theme. Huge suite, on a corner!”

“The staff are fantastic. We arrived hours before check in, but Marisol was terrific. She offered to pre-check us in and store our luggage if we wanted to go out. She said she would call when our room was ready, which she did as promised. When we arrived back, she took the time to review our VIP perks, inform us of the complimentary coffee in the morning and cookies and milk at night, which if you stay there, definitely take advantage of both.
