“I stay here often so to see that the room I was given this last time was in poor condition surprised me. In addition to being asked several times if I was checking out (this was at around 9am) and constantly reminding me that check out is at 11am was a bit too much for me.”

“The cleanliness could have been better..we had to ask for new sheets and pillow cases..as someone that is a manager for janitorial business, I would have hoped it would have been more than it was! We had to change our own bed bc there was no staff to do it. Then I noticed the cleaner in the morning was using the same mop water in every room..I get being short staffed but managing comes first so that’s where it starts!! Do better..”

“We were visiting family in nearby Wagener, so it was the perfect location. There was much to like about the apartment: The rooms looked nice in the online description, but seeing the place showed it to be even better than expected. The living area and the kitchen/dining areas are huge and the bedrooms are large. Having two full baths is another plus. The host was very accommodating, and informed us ahead of time that we could check in early. We will surely rent this apartment again if it is...
