“We recommend it highly. The hotel is clean, safe, staff is friendly, and the breakfast was great (scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt with granola and other fixings, a belgian waffle machine, breads, etc. + coffee and juice). It is super close to the airport and close enough to Knoxville DT. The highway outside is busy, but not a problem overall. There is a Ruby Tuesday next door and a few other restaurant options nearby.”

“This is an old property but we found it to be clean and adequate for our one night stay. Plenty of parking available and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The owner was nice and provided a free hot breakfast that my husband enjoyed. We will stay there again when we visit Maryville. ”

“Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room with great a/c / heating system. Bed was much firmer than I'm used to. Motel was convenient to restaurants and attractions.”
