“We had three different rooms. First room smelled strongly of smoke, second room dead bolt didn’t work. All three rooms dirty with bathtub stains rust on the shower rods and towel rods. Mirrors filthy, windows moldy, and bible stuck to the side table.”

“I like the pool which is open till 10pm. Guests can still swim for late check in. There is no lotion only shampoo and conditioner. Bar soap is so hard to wash off so slippery just towel off. It might have so much moisturizer. There is a fly in the room. I like the beds and shower. The fridge is big, you can put enough food and drinks. Breakfast: there is cereal but no milk. Milk came when we are all done eating. Staff are nice .”

“Poor management. Booked this hotel specifically due to its location and it had a bar. Bar was open only one night and Starbucks did not open at all. Will look for another hotel for our next stay in.Ames.”
