“Terrible service”

“The gym has a cable machine that is broken. There is also only 1 bench. Which was occupied when I arrived. Super confused as to why this hotel only had 1 bench. They easily could have had 3 to 4 in this space without any issue.”

“Sehr sauberes und ausreichend großes Zimmer. Check-in sehr schnell, Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Restaurants direkt fußläufig zu erreichen.”

“There were holes.in the walls. Suffice it being a non smoking room there were cigarette burns in the sheets, blankets and even the shower curtain. The floor by the mini fridge had a thick sauce like mess on the floor. The white sheets had black stains on them. Tv remote was taped together. And I swear even though I had the do not disturb sign on the door someone went in there and sprayed the room. I think the only ring positive about this place is that the staff was friendly. I will never stay...

“Our room was very clean and had all the necessary items from shampoo, conditioner to coffee. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Breakfast was great with anything from eggs, sausage, gravy to pancakes and hot cinnamon rolls. The cost was very reasonable also. We will definitely be staying at Holiday Inn at Concord, NC when we come back down. Thank you.”
