“I left behind 2 Purple pillows and a sonicare toothbrush. They were zero help in getting those back for me. There is zero accountability in the housekeeping department. Unreal! I have never experienced anything this pathetic in all of my years of travel. Do better!!”

“Nice room, great shower, very convenient walking distance to River Street and most of the historic district. Valet parking was well done and well worth it, but no porter service for your luggage. Keep in mind it's an old building; one of the old elevators quit working while we were there. Overall, it was a great choice for our visit and I would stay there again.”

“Over all the property is deserving of a rating of maybe 4/5. The room and bathroom were clean, staff was very helpful and the room service ordered meals were promptly delivered in take out plastic bags however the expectation of the hotel was somewhat disappointing. The pool was disgusting!”

“The property was located in the heart of shopping and eating; however, we had to travel a good distance to get to the historical area of the city. Overall, I really did enjoy my stay and will stay again whenever I visit Savannah!!!”
