“Our room had a great location, second floor next to the pool and it was great pool weather however the pool was closed for 4 of the 5 days we were there. We were finally able to get into it on our last day after the storms passed. We had booked a handicap room with king bed. There were several problems with the room: the shower curtain didn't go all the way to the floor so the bathroom floor flooded making it very slippery and unsafe, the bed legs stuck out and we both stubbed our toes several...

“Don’t stay in any of the rooms with 11… we were given 411 and I could touch the elevator with a broomstick. Luckily the front desk changed it for us. Otherwise great stay. Drinks from the bar were good. Not too far of a walk from the best spots in downtown. Would stay here again. ”

“Room was good - standard for newly built designs. Our body wash container was empty and after we told the front desk prior to departure for the day, it was not refilled, which was a big let down. The bar looked to have plenty of choices, but they were not "open" in the sense that only one person manned the kitchen and/or bar and/or the restaurant. No people were using the bar at all besides our group and breakfast the next morning was somewhat disappointing for me (shrimp and grits) but my...

“Arrivata alle 13 la camera non era pronta. L’addetta mi comunica che mi manderà un messaggio per avvisare quando la stanza è pronta. Messaggio mai arrivato. Faccio presente al manager che non fa alcun gesto… anzi… da la colpa a noi che avremmo dovuto accertarci se la camera fosse pronta. Niente scuse, niente risarcimento. Nulla di nulla. In camera lavandino non scarica e abat-jour non funziona ”
