“The price and how clean the place was.”

“Very nice hotel.”

“Pros: the clerk was kind, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean Cons: felt like prison and guilty before proven innocent. took 30 minutes to check in with an already paid for room. (One guest ahead of me). Plastic partition at front desk felt like jail. Wording of "taking $50 cc deposit would be returned if not stains, etc found in room." Took a bath and while in the bath (husband answered knock at the door) and man asked if someone was taking a shower (yes) and its leaking downstairs...

“This facility was more expansive than I had anticipated. Upscale interiors and huge conference space. We stayed for a night as a stop to our final destination. The restaurant was very good. We had dinner and breakfast there. Both our servers were friendly and attentive. Our only complaint was the weak water pressure in the shower. Otherwise, we enjoyed our restful stay.”

“The interiors have been updated recently. Our room was nice, but there was mildew on the grout next to the shower. I noticed a little mouse feces on the bedspread before we left. When we were there, the front breezeway was stripped down to steel beams, so it must have been next on the list for an upgrade. The breakfast was good, but would have liked some bacon as an option to sausage links.”

“The hotel was ok for an overnight trip. Lots of fast food options nearby. Hotel is pretty outdated with clearly older furniture but it was pretty clean. Staff was very accommodating from check in to check out. Breakfast was decent. Didn't use the gym but it was clean.”

“The place was extremely dirty. Went to the store and bought bed sheets. Ran into someone that had stayed two years ago and they commented this hotel is not the same as the place I stayed in the past. I was surprised that it was so poorly kept since my experience with this brand had been good in the past.”
